It looks like Apple will be coming out with a HTPC. You can get a look at it with some specs in this thread at Mac Rumors. Media Center Computers have been out in PC format for a while, it will be interesting to see Apple's take on it.

XBOX 360 & 1080p
It seems that Microsoft will be adding 1080p support to the XBOX 360. Read more about it in this thread at Bit Tech. Hopefully more TVs will be coming out that can actually display that high of a resolution.
